Funerals and Memorial Services

Sosan is available to help you commemorate the life and death of your loved one through a funeral or memorial service. Using Buddhist rituals and beliefs, together with your own symbols and stories, we will create a sacred and individualized ceremony. She is available to do funerals or memorial ceremonies at Clouds in Water Zen Center, or at another location (best to have at another location if the attendance will be greater than 70 people). Sosan is also available to do prayers over the body prior to cremation (either with you present or not, as you wish).

Fee: $250 - $550 for depending on the type of service. For memorial services at Clouds in Water Zen Center, add an additional $500 to cover rental (free rental to members of Clouds in Water Zen Center).
